Redo/Refund Policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your results. 
Please note that we reserve the right to redo any service. We do not offer refunds. To discuss options, contact us within two weeks of a hair appointment. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation in the salon. If we do not receive 24 hours notice prior to a cancellation, there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied to the credit card given at the time of scheduling.
