Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation in the salon or spa.
If we do not receive 24 hours notice prior to a cancellation, there will be a minimum $50 cancellation fee applied to the credit card given at the time of scheduling. Please see our full cancelation policy here.
This policy helps to ensure the utmost availability for all of our guests.
Redo/Refund Policy
Please note that we reserve the right to redo any service. We do not offer refunds. To discuss options, contact us within two weeks of a hair appointment and within five days of a spa appointment. Thank you for understanding!
